But on Saturday, PR queen Roxy Jacenko and Home And Away’s Ada Nicodemou cut casual figures as they supported a worthy charity cause.
Trading the red carpet for counter service, the ladies looked lively in red as they promoted McDonald’s McHappy Day in Sydney.

McHappy Day is one of the largest national fundraisers for Ronald McDonald House Charities Australia and all funds raised go towards supporting families of seriously ill children.
Ada and Roxy have long supported McHappy Day and arrived at the Bondi Beach fast food restaurant eager to serve hungry patrons.
Fans were able to place their orders from the stars as they worked the touch screen tills from behind the counter.

While the staff wore red caps, Ada and Roxy let their luscious locks down as they completed their promotional duties in the restaurant.
Roxy also plugged McHappy Day on Live TV as part of an interview with Weekend Today, in which she happily took a bite from a BigMac.
McHappy day has been running for more than 25 years, with $2 from every BigMac sold on Saturday October 14 going towards the charity.

Speaking about her involvement to Daily Mail Australia, the Sweaty Betty founder said: ‘I have always made and understood the importance of contribution to various charities however since having Children of my own, childrens’ charities such as Ronald McDonald House become so important to me personally which is why I wanted to volunteer myself to help out on the McHappy Day.’
Roxy added: ‘It is wonderful what they do for families and they need our support.’

Roxy, who’s first job was at McDonalds Drummoyne, also gave her son a tour of the kitchen as she wrote on Instagram: ‘Teaching Hunty back of house.’
