Roxy Jacenko landed herself in hot water with police earlier this year when her children Pixie, six, and Hunter, three, were pictured riding their miniature motorised vehicle on the road in Bondi.
But on Sunday, the PR maven was being very cautious.
With the 37-year-old and her husband Oliver Curtis by their side, Pixie and Hunter were maneuvering their green mini 4WD on the footpath.

A police highway patrol car was reportedly doing the rounds in the Eastern Suburbs, and watched on cautiously as Roxy and OIiver, 31, helped steer the toy buggy on the pavement.
According to sources, police asked Oliver to move his car that was parked at the end of the cul-de-sac, and he did so accordingly.
The buggy looked as if it had insufficient room on the pathway, which made it difficult for it to be driven.
Turmoil arose when Oliver attempted to help maneuver it around a lamp post, and accidentally ripped off the toy car’s front grill.

However, Roxy seemed to see the funny side, holding the grill in her hand as Oliver was feeling the brunt of his mistake.
He immediately sprung into action and attempted to re-attach the grill to the motorised vehicle as Roxy helped him move it onto the road to gain some more room for repair.

She had on a pair of black sunglasses, while her blonde locks were tied up in a ponytail that hung effortlessly over her shoulders.
Husband Oliver also appeared casual, dressed in a simple blue t-shirt and a stylishly ripped denim jeans combo.

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia, Roxy said she found the entire ordeal hilarious.
‘It was seriously a funny sight although Hunter was NOT pleased – obscenities may have been exchanged!’ she said.
The Sweaty Betty boss came under fire earlier this year when a police investigation was launched after she uploaded photos to Instagram, showing her two children appearing to take turns behind the wheel on the road without any assistance and no helmets.
Police attempted to determine if any road rules were breached, including operating a motorised vehicle without a licence.
At this time, it is unknown what became of the charges.
