Roxy Jacenko is moving to Singapore to be with her husband Oliver Curtis after selling off her house

Roxy Jacenko is packing her bags and relocating her family to Singapore to be with her husband Oliver Curtis.

The entrepreneur, 43, has announced that she will be jetting to the Southeast Asian country in July after closing down several businesses, including her daughter Pixie’s, before hocking her designer bag collection and selling her home.

Speaking to the Sydney Morning Herald, Roxy admitted that her life in Sydney has a stark difference to her upcoming new life overseas.

‘No one knows me there, no one has any preconceived idea of who or what I am, no one has any expectation, and best of all, no one actually cares!’ she told the publication.

This week, Roxy listed her former Sweaty Betty offices in Paddington for sale, which she bought outright nine years ago for $2.6million.

The office space is now worth an estimated $10million, but is expected to surpass that price tag.

Roxy added that she is excited for her kids Pixie, 11, and Hunter, eight, to experience ‘a new way of life’ outside of Sydney.

She also shut down rumours she and her husband Oliver’s marriage was on the rocks, explaining that the pair have an ‘unconventional marriage’.

On Sunday, they were spotted without their wedding rings during an outing with children Pixie and Hunter, but rumours began far earlier.

‘For the record, Ollie has never liked wearing his wedding ring because he hates jewellery. And to be honest, I never really liked my own wedding ring,’ Roxy continued.

‘We have an unconventional marriage, we’ve been doing it long distance for a long time. We are not co-dependent and never have been, that’s just how we like it.

‘Ollie is my husband, I love him, he is the father of my kids … and we are moving to Singapore to be a family.’

Daily Mail Australia has reached out to Roxy Jacenko for further comment.

Roxy’s ‘retirement’ lasted only a few weeks as she was spotted at The Ministry of Talent’s ‘new HQ’ on Friday in a video she shared to her Instagram Stories showing the recent construction site.

‘The Ministry of Talent new HQ site visit. Retirement lasted about a fortnight,’ she captioned the footage.

As she panned the camera across a stripped, vacant room, she showed followers the bones of her new head office.

With walls prepped for paints, mirrors ready to hang and counters waiting to be installed, Roxy seems to be starting a new chapter of her business empire.

It comes after Roxy started shutting down her numerous companies, starting with her public relations firm Sweaty Betty.

She stepped down from the business as director in November last year, saying she wanted to focus on building her own brands and managing The Ministry of Talent.

However, months later in March, Roxy signed over her XRJ Celebrations candle business to a ‘wonderful new owner’ without explanation.

And the bloodbath didn’t end there with her daughter Pixie’s companies landing on the chopping block next.

Despite earning $200,000 in just one month and setting the 11-year-old up for retirement at the age of 15, Roxy brutally closed down Pixie’s Pix and Pixie’s Bows.

The accessory brands have hacked their prices down to sell off all remaining stock so she can shut their sites for good, forcing Pixie to focus on school.

Recently, Roxy was even caught trying to flip one of her pricey Hermès Birkin designer bags for a jaw-dropping $20,000.

The star let fans know on Instagram it was a Birkin 35 in Togo leather in a culvert blue tone. The leather bag was made in France.

Originally made in France, the leather bag made up just part of her Hermès collection, valued at $1 million, which she appears to be selling off.

And that’s not all she’s been selling, with the socialite making a fortune recently after she and husband Oliver, 37, sold off their spectacular Sydney mansion.

They sold the enormous five-bedroom, five-bathroom luxury Vaucluse pad for $16million to an unnamed family, reported Domain.

The multi-level house was originally intended to go under the hammer on June 15, after being listed for $14million.

Roxy and Oliver made a tidy profit on the sprawling harbourside spread after purchasing it in 2018 for $6.5million and making extensive renovations.

Roxy’s life has also been thrown into turmoil behind the scenes as she’s been forced to deny rumours her and Oliver have separated.

Whispers of trouble in their marriage, which famously survived an affair Roxy had in 2017 while Oliver was serving time for insider trading, have been circulating in the eastern suburbs ever since Oliver moved to Singapore for a new job.

Before he flew overseas, the couple was already living apart with Oliver working for a cryptocurrency start-up in Tasmania while Roxy stayed behind in Sydney with their two children.

The split rumours intensified earlier last month when the Sweaty Betty PR founder announced she was selling the family’s Vaucluse trophy home.

But Roxy and Oliver shut down the speculation on Sunday, telling Daily Mail Australia in a joint statement they were very much still together.

‘Where do people come up with such stuff? They are obsessed with that narrative,’ said the couple, who tied the knot in a lavish harbourside wedding in 2012.
