She is open about her plastic surgery, previously revealing she’s had a nose job, breast augmentation, lip fillers, Botox and hair extensions.
And Roxy Jacenko was typically candid about her cosmetic enhancements on Wednesday, as she said that ‘nothing’ about her is ‘real’.
Speaking at her Trials And Tribulations seminar in Sydney, the 38-year-old PR maven joked about her ‘sultana t*ts’ and said her old nose would enter a room before her.

‘Life does look very glossy but I also think I’m quite honest. If I fix my nose because it enters a room before me I’m very happy to tell everyone,’ she said.
The mother-of-two added: ‘If I’ve got t*ts like sultanas, well I’ll get them made bigger. That’s just how I am.
‘And I’ll tell you! What you see is what you get. There is no grey area.’
Roxy has always been open about her physical enhancements, confessing to Daily Mail Australia that she has had her lips enlarged last year and still gets them done.

‘Yes, I still have my lips done. But I’ve just learnt less is more!’ Roxy added.
Meanwhile, during an interview with The Kyle and Jackie O Show last year, Roxy joked that her lips would melt in the sun and said she may have put ‘too much stuff’ in them.
In June 2015, she opened up about undergoing rhinoplasty, telling WHO magazine: ‘I was over the droopy end and bump on the top of my nose, so it made sense to get it tweaked.
‘My nose is already looking one hundred times better and being able to breathe [properly] is a luxury.’

She also had a boob job at the age of 24 – the same year she launched her business Sweaty Betty PR, with the enterprise going on to achieve immense success over the past decade.
During her seminar, Roxy also talked about her hard-working nature and admitted she was still talking to clients just moments before she gave birth.
‘I was having Pixie and I was doing my emails right up until they confiscated my computer,’ she revealed.

‘Why? Because if someone wants to ask me a question I’m going to answer. I’m not incapacitated.’
Jacenko also revealed she was still working on the day that her husband Oliver Curtis was sentenced for insider trading.
‘I did a seminar in the morning and then I went straight into Ollie’s sentencing. It was challenging but you have to keep going,’ she said.
