Sharing a selfie of herself at work, the Sweaty Betty PR founder wrote: ‘The joys (not) of living on Tamoxifen.

‘When everyone thinks they are hot you are literally 25 degrees hotter and cannot regulate your temp.’

According to BreastCancer.org, Tamoxifen has a handful of potential side effects.

‘I did a test in the US which gives you a percentage (chance) of the cancer coming back and it was a bit higher than the oncologist would have liked,’ Roxy said, adding she will be taking the pills for the next decade.

‘I have a 10 to 15 per cent chance of it coming back.’

In October last year, the publicist revealed she had another scare when a doctor found a lump in her breast.

She was then forced to deal with the psychological distress that comes from a diagnosis.

‘When I went to collect (the results), I had it clear in my mind: “You have it, everything has gone so wrong, this just fits with the mess”,’ she said.

‘I was almost shocked when the breast surgeon said, “You are all good Roxy, its not cancerous”.’
