Ruben Amorim will speak with Bruno Fernandes and Alejandro Garnacho amid speculation over their futures at Manchester United.

Mail Sport revealed that Al-Hilal have given Fernandes until next week to accept a move to Saudi Arabia on a three-year contract worth up to £200million.

Garnacho was unhappy that he was left on the bench for more than 70 minutes of United’s Europa League final defeat to Tottenham in Bilbao and is considering his next move.

United rejected an offer from Napoli for the Argentina winger in January but could listen to offers of between £60m and £70m this summer.

Amorim was reluctant to discuss either player ahead of United’s final game of the season at home to Aston Villa on Sunday, but confirmed that he plans to talk to both Fernandes and Garnacho afterwards when United go on post-season tour to Malaysia and Hong Kong.

‘I will speak with my players but the focus is the last game,’ he said. ‘I don’t know what is going to happen. We have a plan. We were prepared for both situations, with Champions League and without. We have an idea type of squad we want, but we still have the last game. We have time to address all these situations.

‘We have this game against Villa and we need to focus on that. It is not over. We want to finish in a good way in front of our supporters.. Then, after, we will assess the squad. We know what we want to do. We will deal with that when the season is finished.’

Amorim is unsure about how long it will take him to rebuild the squad and turn United into a force again. ‘You feel it is going to take time,’ he added. ‘It is not about (transfer) windows. Sometimes we don’t know. Things can change fast, but to reach the kind of level we need to be at Manchester United will take time. I don’t know how many windows or years we need to reach that point, but we can improve, that is clear.’

The United boss was still hurting from the 1-0 defeat to Spurs at the San Mames. ‘It was really tough, and still is,’ he said. ‘It was harsh for us to lose, we were the better team we had more chances but suffered a goal near half-time. We tried everything in the second half. We said before the match if we didn’t win the final, it would be even harder to deal with that.’
