Ruby Rose has come out as one of Rebel Wilson’s biggest fans.
The 31-year-old became instantly animated when asked about her Pitch Perfect 3 co-star and good friend during a chat with breakfast show Sunrise on Wednesday.
‘She is just the funniest, most humble, down to earth person and I love her madly, I would have Rebel on toast,’ the Australian actress said.

Her response came after Sunrise co-host Natalie Barr asked: ‘Working with Rebel Wilson, she’s been in the media a lot this year, what’s she like to work with?’
‘She’s the best honestly,’ Ruby gushed, the question drawing an immediate smile, before the actress lavished a string of compliments.
‘I would have Rebel on toast, Rebel in a smoothie, Rebel for dessert… Rebel as like my Christmas decorations,’ she said.

The Australian actresses both experienced similarly meteoric rises to success, with Ruby finding fame through Netflix drama Orange Is The New Black.
Discussing her struggles on the program, the former Channel [V] talent said: ‘It was a struggle to begin with, just to get my foot in the door.’

After that, she was cast on prison drama Orange Is The New Black, where she was praised equally for her acting chops and raunchy scenes.
‘I learned a lot from Orange, working with so many strong women, it was well written, it was really fun, opened up the door for so many things.’
She’ll now star alongside Rebel in Pitch Perfect 3, which is set to be released in December.
