Ruby Tuesday Matthews shares images of her very thin frame in a bikini… after influencer revealed she and her family don’t consume sugar anymore

Ruby Tuesday Matthews shared images of herself looking alarmingly gaunt on Wednesday.

In the Instagram story, the controversial influencer, 30, wore a two-piece, black-and-white patterned bikini that showed off her very slim physique. 

Over the swimsuit, she wore a pink robe while she spoke to the camera.

The Byron Bay based influencer also revealed last week that she’s forced her three young children – Rocket, five, Mars, four, and Holiday, one – to cut sugar from their diets.

In a video, Ruby captured a moment of Rocket and Mars in their backyard playing on their trampoline and with an exercise ball.

Ruby was shocked that her two sons were so active at night.

‘Like how do they have this much energy ???’ she wrote alongside her post.

‘We don’t even eat sugar anymore.’

Limiting a child’s sugar intake is quite common to reduce their energy levels and combat obesity, but not cut it from their diet entirely.

It is recommended to limit their daily sugar intake to 5 per cent of their total energy intake for the day, which equates to about three to six teaspoons per day, according to The Sugar Movement.

Ruby shares her two eldest children, Rocket and Mars, with her ex-partner Ryan Heywood, and youngest, Holiday, with fiancé Shannan Dodd.

She and Shannan welcomed daughter Holiday in September 2022.

Rumours were recently swirling that Ruby and Shannan had split up, but the influencer quashed them earlier this year when she shared several photos celebrating his birthday.

‘Happy birthday Dadzy. We love you,’ Ruby wrote alongside the cute snaps. 

It comes after she was forced to deny that she and Shannan had split, after rumours swirled they had called time on their relationship.

It’s unclear when exactly Ruby and Shannan began dating, but loved-up Instagram photos of the pair began appearing in May 2021.

The couple announced their engagement in June that year.

Some wedding details have been confirmed, with Ruby saying it will be a small ceremony followed by a ‘bougie lunch’ with their closest friends.
