Rudolph Isley dead at 84: The Isley Brothers founding member passes away ‘after suspected heart attack’ in Illinois

Rudolph Isley, a founding member of the hit band The Isley Brothers, has died at age 84, according to a report. 

TMZ has reported that Isley died Wednesday in Illinois. The cause of death remains uncertain, however an insider has told the outlet that Isley is believed to have suffered a heart attack.   

Isley was a member of the family musical group The Isley Brothers, whose hits included For the Love of You, Parts 1 & 2 and Shout. 

Rudolph founded the group alongside his siblings, Ronald, O’Kelly, and his now late brother Vernon, who passed at age 13.
