Russian beauty Dasha Gaivoronski bid farewell to Nick ‘The Honey Badger’ Cummins during Wednesday night’s episode of The Bachelor.
And following her elimination, the mother-of-one revealed that filming the show for several months took a toll on her physique.
Taking to Instagram after the Rose Ceremony aired, the 32-year-old admitted she had gained weight while locked away in the mansion.

Dasha shared a clip of her final rose ceremony, captioning it: ‘Time to get off this wild roller coaster. Leaving with a light heart but 8kg heavier.’
Her Instagram is usually flooded with photos of herself clad in activewear and the caption appeared to hint the weight gain was due to being away from her normally active lifestyle.
Speaking candidly about her time on the show, Dasha explained that it had been difficult at times.
‘I’ll be honest in saying that I never thought this journey would be so emotionally and physically challenging,’ she penned.
‘For now, it’s time to look within and nurture myself with some much needed self love.’

Dasha, who was eliminated alongside co-star Emily Dibden, also provided a glimpse of the luxuries she and the other Bachelor beauties were forced to live without.
‘After a few months of being away from loved ones, having no phone/internet, no news coming in, and living and breathing the Bachelor world I’ve never been more excited to get back to my normal life,’ she added.
‘Obviously Nick and myself are at completely different stages of our lives and that`s okay. I now look back and can feel grateful for this tough yet incredible learning experience. This entire journey was personally challenging.’

During her Bachelor journey, there were several moments Dasha seemed to be struggling with missing her six-year-old son Leon.
And in her heartfelt Instagram post, she referenced the youngster again.
‘Tough situations change us and turn us into the more resilient humans and teach us to appreciate life’s little moments even more,’ she wrote.
‘I couldn’t afford to be sad or down, and I couldn’t dwell on it as I have a little man to raise and he needs me to be both mum, dad and a strong role model in his life.’
