Sabrina Carpenter and her best friend, rapper and singer Kevin Abstract, 27, are celebrating their friendship this Valentine’s Day.
The musical duo graced the cover of High Snobiety magazine and have a fun photo shoot accompanying the article.
The Girl Meets World star – who recently went public with her new boyfriend Barry Keoghan – and Abstract first met in the City of Lights.
‘We were running around in Paris and the laughter did not stop. Beautiful energy,’ Abstract told the outlet.
Sabrina, 24, who is on tour with Taylor Swift, also praised her bestie for their creative collaboration, saying that it feels ‘really pure.’
She added. ‘I hope that lasts forever.’ And Abstract agreed: ‘It’s the only way I truly know how to collaborate. There’s gotta be love there.’
He also shared that he thinks their friendship is a ‘gift from God.’

The friends gush over their friendship and being real with each other.
Carpenter explained how they met, saying: ‘Technically, minus little handshakes, we met playing Paranoia in our friend’s hotel room.’
The pals also revealed the myriad of ways they are similar including both liking the same types of men.
Sabrina said: ‘We like boys,’ while Kevin added: ‘Similar taste in men, I’d say. And our sense of humor is pretty much dialed in.’
They also spoke about the ways they are different with Carpenter quipping: ‘I am a girl.’
Kevin elaborated a bit, adding: ‘I think sometimes I can maybe be a little bit more reserved.’
But when it comes to their friendship, the two had much to share about how much they appreciate each other.
‘We have the kind of friendship that can pick up in any spot, like we never left,’ Carpenter said.

And when it comes to their platonic friendship, the Tall Girl actress said their friendship is ‘Safe and weightless’ and Abstract said it is ‘Like a gift from God.’
The two value their friendship and love each other. Carpenter said what makes it different from other relationships in her life is the ‘Genuineness!!!’
Abstract explained his point of view by explaining: ‘Friendship is love. Losing a friend sometimes hits harder than losing a romantic partner. Friendship makes up a big part of my life.’
