January is traditionally a time for abstinence and healthy eating after the excesses of Christmas – but this spectacular chocolate deal might convince you to give into temptation.
Sainsbury’s is selling boxes of 42 Ferrero Rocher chocolates for just £1.30 – a saving of 90 per cent compared to the usual £11 price tag.
The offer is not available online but only in certain stores where there is plenty of stock left over from the festive season.

A savvy shopper in North Wales spotted the offer and flagged it up to hotukdeals, a bargain hunting website.
The sharp-eyed browser wrote: ‘Scanning at £1.30 at Sainsbury’s North Wales due to it being classed as Christmas stock.’
Another shopper took the chance to snap up the chocolates from a branch in Holborn, London.

Plenty of people took the chance to tag family and friends underneath the post asking them to pick some up on the way home.
‘Grab me some on your way home please!’ Joanna Mayle wrote.
Many people were left disappointed after realising their local store did not stock the offer.
‘I have. That’s why I was calling you. There is none,’ Sammy Robertson wrote, after being asked to pick some up by a friend.
There have also been reports of the offer at stores in Oldham and Lancaster, although there is a strong chance they have already be all gone.
