Sharing a sensational snap of herself in a neon green and pink bikini, the TV personality showcased her impressive washboard abs.

Saira, who made her name on Lord Sugar’s The Apprentice, captioned the photo with some valuable words of advice for her fans.

‘Some people think you need to spend a bloody fortune to go on an expensive retreat to feel good about yourself – I have to say, the sun and a different environment really helps you to relax and get away – but what do you do if you can’t?’, she coninued.
‘Well believe it or not, I feel so much better because I’ve had a sleep and am drinking more water.
‘Before I came to @juicemasterretreats I had stress from only a few hours sleep , rushing around and working around the clock leaving me just feeling bloated ( even though my diet is pretty good) and tired!
‘It’s amazing what a good nights sleep can do for your health. That costs nothing, but it does take time.
‘Water is free but we all just don’t drink enough, which leaves our bodies working harder to eliminate toxins resulting in lethargy, a morning walk is free, you just need to make time for it.

Saira is currently staying at the Juice Masters Retreat, which operates from Portgual, Turkey and Algarve locations and can cost £2300 for a week’s stay.

It comes after Saira took to Instagram last week to share a series of body-positive snaps while wearing a strapless bikini from Porthcothan Bay, Cornwall.
She looked radiant as she flashed a smile to the camera in the makeup-free, natural hair shot.
Combining a black-and-white polka dot bikini top with a zebra print brief of the same colour scheme, the age-defying beauty accessorised her look with a gold chain necklace and bracelet, along with a pink smartwatch.
