Salim Mehajer has bumped the rental price of his infamous Lidcombe mansion up $500, despite removing it from the market completely last month.
Originally made famous by his $35 million wedding to Aysha Learmonth in 2015, the palatial residence was listed for $2950 per week in August, with a bond of $11,800.
However the controversial former Auburn deputy mayor seemingly failed to find long-term tenants for the Western Sydney home, pulling it from the market in October.

Despite being labelled with ‘deposit taken’ shortly after being removed, it has made a reappearance as a rental under a different agent, and for an inflated price.
The six bedroom ‘masterpiece luxurious house’ is now listed with Laing and Simmons for $3450 a week, with an asking bond of $13,800.
Mehajer built the ostentatious abode in 2014-15 after buying the 800sqm Western Sydney property in 2007 for $565,000.
He knocked down the modest white brick house with a generous backyard, hills hoist washing line, and garden shed and began building.

The property’s new description spruiks the mansion’s many features in breathless prose, calling it ‘undoubtedly one of the most impressive homes built in Lidcombe’.

The mansion, towering over unremarkable suburban houses in the quiet street, has six bedrooms, five bathrooms, and space for 13 flash cars.
Among its many Instagram-ready features are multiple balconies overlooking a huge backyard pool, marble floors in most rooms, and a wacky kitchen wall design.
It also has a home cinema with leather recliners, a giant fish tank, mirrors and a chandelier above the king-size bed, and a luxury marble-lined bath.

Frances Street was jammed with $50 million worth of Ferraris, Lamborghinis and Harley Davidsons, and included a jet flyover along with Mehajer arriving in one of four helicopters.
The groom even distributed fake flyers to his neighbours warning them that their cars would be towed if they were not cleared from the street.

But by April last year his bride packed her bags and left the mansion to stay with family near Wollongong, and hit him with an AVO in July.
Mehajer was arrested Sunday night and charged with breaching the AVO preventing him from seeing his estranged wife.
The 31-year-old was believed to have been arrested following a car crash with Ms Learmonth’s friend in Kingsgrove at 1am.
He has been charged with two counts of breaching an apprehended violence order and one count of dangerous driving, a police spokeswoman said.
