The footballer and the hairdresser, who both hail from the United Kingdom, headed out to Sydney’s Bridge Hotel where they watched friend Russell Crowe perform.
After the show, the pair mingled outside with friends and had a cuddle and a smooch, drawing close together in the cold night air.
Sam, 34, held Lucy, 33, close to his chest, where she snuggled in against his slate grey wool jumper.
Lucy hid her bump under a loose camel coat which she paired with blue jeans and a YSL purse.

Sam and Lucy were among the punters watching Russell Crowe hit the stage in on Saturday as part of his Indoor Garden Party Tour.
Russell was joined on stage by his American girlfriend Britney Theriot, 31, who served as a back-up singer.
The Gladiator star, 59, is playing a series of gigs on the east coast, and will play the Sydney Opera House on June 9, with Marcia Hines appearing as a special guest.
Despite his successful acting career, Russell has always had an interest in singing.
