Sam Burgess’ wife Lucy is absolutely glowing as she shares lavish Italian babymoon photos after announcing the couple is expecting second child

Sam Burgess and his second wife Lucy (née Graham) announced that they are expecting their second child. 

And the pair are enjoying a babymoon together in Capri, Italy, with Lucy sharing photos of the lavish getaway to Instagram. 

In the images, the new bride, who married Sam just six months ago, was absolutely glowing.  

The 33-year-old NRL WAG showed off her growing baby bump in a figure-hugging lace dress with a plunging neckline. 

She cradled her baby bump and took in the breathtaking coastal views from their hotel balcony.

Another image showed the hairdresser’s bare bump in a loved-up mirror selfie with Sam, 36.

A third photo captured the married couple lounging in the sun by the beach, while a fourth depicted them relaxing by a pool, 

‘A perfect weekend in Capri,’ she captioned her post.

Lucy’s announcement was met with several warm wishes and congratulatory messages from friends and followers.

‘The bump is bumping. Gorgeous Lucy Loo,’ one friend commented.

‘You’re glowing!! Congratulations!!!!!’ added another.

‘Ahhh congratulations both of you,’ another said.

The pair already share daughter Robbie, who they welcomed in September 2023.

In October, the rugby league coach and his ladylove shared the news to Instagram alongside a carousel of breathtaking images captured at Villa Aurelia.

The 17th-century Baroque property is set on the highest point within the walls of Rome and features breathtaking views of the city.

The couple made sure daughter Robbie was an integral part of the day’s celebrations.

Sam proposed to Lucy in June 2023, just nine months after they went public with their relationship.

He previously revealed he was extremely nervous when he asked the glamorous hairdresser to marry him.

Three months later, the pair welcomed their first child together.

‘[It happened] during grand final week, we’re cheering,’ Sam revealed on Channel Seven’s Sunrise.

‘I’m on very limited sleep and am getting used to that again but it’s great!’ the proud father said.

‘She is fantastic and beautiful just like her mother,’ he added.

Lucy’s identity was revealed in 2022 after the retired South Sydney Rabbitohs star took her as his date to the premiere of Russell Crowe’s film Poker Face in Rome.

The English-born stunner is the co-founder of the sustainable fashion label Sentenced, which launched in September 2019. 

She also appears to be following in the footsteps of Sam’s ex-wife Phoebe Burgess, who launched her career as an influencer in recent years after her split from the former footballer.

Sam, who is coaching Warrington in the UK’s Super League, shares two children with his ex-wife, daughter Poppy, eight, and son Billy, six. 

They were married for four years before splitting in 2019.
