Sam Frost hits the gym for a sweat session for the first time following birth of son Ted

Sam Frost has hit the gym again for the first time since welcoming her son, Theodore. 

The Home and Away star, 34, took to Instagram on Tuesday to share a photo of herself after a sweat session. 

The former soap star looked red faced in a pink t-shirt and grey shorts as she posed in the mirror with headphones around her neck. 

‘First day back training since having my little boy. My anxiety was peeeaking beforehand and during. But I did it and I’m really proud of myself,’ she wrote. 

Sam went on to add the hashtag #celebratesmallwins’. 

The former Bachelorette gave birth to Theodore in March, and has been open about her motherhood journey.

She recently told Confidential: ‘I found pregnancy really difficult and I thought that would be perhaps a reflection on what is going to happen coming up, but to be honest I am actually a little more relaxed than I thought.’

The star, who shares Theo with Jordie Hansen, added that she was enjoying motherhood. 

‘He is honestly a dream baby, he is so happy, he is so chilled, he laughs all the time and thinks I am the greatest person in life,’ she said.

‘He loves my performances, I perform to him constantly and he thinks it is great.’

It comes after the former Bachelorette star revealed her wedding to fiancé Jordie is called off – for now.

The couple revealed on The Morning Show in July that they haven’t had the funds to wed.

‘To be honest, I’m the one putting the brakes on it,’ Sam told the show’s hosts.

‘It is just so expensive! It’s hard to justify spending so much money because we want to buy a house, and now we’ve got a baby.’

She went on to explain that the pair will marry eventually, but they are in no rush a the moment.

‘We will eventually, but I think that the moment. Our focus at the moment is little Teddy,’ she said.
