But when looking back on the year that has been, Sam Frost revealed her highlights didn’t involve nabbing a new boyfriend, debuting on Home And Away or taking part in reality show Hell’s Kitchen Australia.
In a humorous Instagram post shared on New Year’s Eve, the 28-year-old joked that her best moments of 2017 all involved her dozing off.

‘I cannot believe another year has flown by so quickly!!! 2017 was such an incredible year for me,’ Sam reflected excitedly in the caption.
She continued: ‘So many highs and lows! But here’s just a few highlights of the year that has been. Happy New Year.’

Sam’s calendar was jam-packed in 2017, with a number of huge new changes in her life.
After previously suffering public heartbreak twice thanks to high-profile splits with Blake Garvey and later, Sasha Mielczarek, Sam found love again.
In July, she confirmed she had struck up a romance with her longtime friend Dave Bashford.

On the career-front, things were also looking positive, with the blonde beauty scoring a role in iconic Australian soap Home And Away.
She made her debut in dramatic fashion, as she was first seen on-screen in a car crash that killed Pia Miller’s character Kat Chapman.
Sam also didn’t forget her reality TV roots and took part in the inaugural season of Hell’s Kitchen Austalia along with a host of other celebrities.
