Sam Frost shows off her blossoming baby bump as she dances up a storm at home 

Sam Frost looked radiant on Tuesday as she flaunted her ever-growing baby bump while dancing up a storm.

The pregnant actress, 33, posted a video to Instagram of her showing off her smooth moves while strutting through her hallway at home. 

The mother-to-be was clad in a tie-dyed bralette and beige pants as she moved rhythmically to hip hop music.

Sam couldn’t wipe the smile off her face as she gyrated her hips and rocked her best angles.

Towards the end of her performance, she cheerfully burst into laughter and continued to dance while grinning from ear to ear. 

Sam then posted a follow up video showing her watching and rating her dance moves on her mobile phone.

‘I like this move, but I can’t decide which ones best,’ she laughed.

Earlier this year, Sam opened up about the struggles she’d faced during her first trimester.

She revealed on her blog Believe by Sam Frost it had been incredibly difficult for her ‘mentally and physically’.

The former Bachelorette said her symptoms began at the six-week mark and her ‘mental health quickly deteriorated’ from there.

‘I became extremely unwell, throwing up constantly, with extreme exhaustion,’ she said, revealing she had been bedridden for two months.

Sam announced she was pregnant in an Instagram post in September, posing alongside her fiancé Jordie Hansen, 26, while holding up an ultrasound photo.

The couple became engaged in July after just five months of dating.
