It comes as Smith impressed fans as they hit the stage for the latest date on their Gloria tour in Melbourne on Tuesday.

The Lay Me Down hitmaker made a statement in a white shirt worn beneath a waist-cinching corset and gold trousers.

They completed the ensemble with a simple black tie and a sparkly gold flat cap.

Following the show, Sam’s fans flocked to social media to compliment the singer on their ‘amazing’ performance.

‘@samsmith just brilliant. Your voice is amazing Sam,’ one person wrote.

‘Just beautiful,’ a second agreed, while a third commented: ‘Thanks for a wonderful night in Melbourne #Gloria.’

Sam is in the middle of their Gloria tour and is scheduled to perform in Sydney on Friday before heading to Brisbane on November 8th.

Their Australian shows comes after they recently toured around North America.

Their return to the stage came two months after the singer cancelled the rest of their UK tour and revealed they were at risk of permanent vocal cord injury in May.
