Samantha Armytage looks chic in a beige trouser suit and cosies up to husband Richard Lavender as she leads star arrivals at the Longines Golden Slipper

Samantha Armytage led the stars at the Longines Golden Slipper race day at Sydney’s Rosehill Gardens on Saturday.

The former Sunrise co-host, 46, looked chic in a beige trouser suit as she stepped out with her equestrian businessman husband Richard Lavender at the event.

The pair cosied up for photographers as they posed on the media wall, with Richard looking dapper in a grey checkered suit.

Sam, who is now a host on Farmer Wants a Wife, teamed the suit with a beige silk camisole underneath, gold heels and an orange clutch and matching embellished headband.

Sam joined the likes of racing royalty Kate Waterhouse, stylist-to-the-stars Donny Galella and Home and Away star Matt Evans at the event.
