The property’s sale would only add to Sandra’s success in recent weeks – with her latest film Ocean’s 8 debuting to an impressive $117 million worldwide.
The flick is an all-female reboot of the original Ocean’s trilogy, which starred George Clooney, Matt Damon, Brad Pitt and Julia Roberts back in 2001.
The revamp followed Bullock as Debbie, the sister of Danny Ocean – originally played by Clooney – as she assembles a gang of talented women to plan a seemingly impossible diamond heist from a glamorous gala in New York.
The all-star cast included Cate Blanchett, Anne Hathaway, Helena Bonham Carter, Mindy Kaling, Rihanna and Awkwafina.
