Sarah Cawood admitted she was feeling ‘miserable and overwhelmed’ as she shared a body positive clip in her underwear on Saturday.
The TV presenter, 50, who underwent surgery for breast cancer last year, reminded her fans that ‘no one is perfect’ in the Instagram update.
In a photo shared to her Story, she laid in bed, wrapped up in a pink dressing gown and wrote a candid update.
Sarah explained: ‘I woke up feeling really low. Life is a struggle atm. Not enough time to do what needs to be done and doom scrolling seeing everyone else seemingly crushing it.
‘I’m exhausted: you need to spend hours learning about Instagram and creating content but I have other stuff that I need to do too, but then without it I am stuffed.’

She continued: ‘It’s a vicious cycle and I hate it but on we go, thinking about how to get everyone to engaged today so that I can run my businesses. Better get up and take action I guess.’
Sarah later changed into a black bra and leopard underwear as she proudly showed off her progress from exercising.
Speaking in a video, she added: ‘I might be miserable and overwhelmed but at least I am a bit more buff.
‘Just for transparency girls, just so you know everyone else’s life isn’t perfect. Also, it’s sweater weather now, maybe I’ll light a fire today.’
In June, Sarah confirmed the discovery of a second lump on her breast, nine months after being diagnosed with cancer.
The TV presenter revealed her original diagnosis last September, but has since discovered another lump – prompting her to check in with her doctor and request a mammogram.
Taking to Instagram she admitted the position of the lump, located on a previously unaffected breast, is a cause for concern – but could be a direct consequence of her ongoing hormone therapy.
She said: ‘I’m just going to tell you guys something – I’ve found another f***ing lump. I went to the doctors and she could feel it too.’

‘Our hunch, me and the doc, is it’s because your boobs change, the composition of your boobs change quite a lot when you’re on hormone therapy.
‘But I’ve got a mammogram tomorrow – it’s not a recurrence, so it would be another primary cancer, but I haven’t got the time, so will you all say a little prayer for me tomorrow at three?’
She added: I’ve got a niggly doubt, on the whole I feel OK, but I’ve just got that niggling tiny worry. Obviously, once you’ve had cancer you worry about it coming back all the time.’
‘I haven’t been quite as healthy as I could have been, but you know, you’ve got to live haven’t you? I can’t cut out all the joy, can I?’
