Sarah Hyland catches up with her Modern Family co-star Jesse Tyler Ferguson in LA… after showing support for the ongoing WGA strike

Sarah Hyland was pictured spending time with her Modern Family co-star Jesse Tyler Ferguson in Los Angeles on Wednesday, May 31.

The 32-year-old actress teased her toned midriff in an all-black athleisure look apart from the white sweatshirt she had tied around her shoulders during the outing.

She was seen checking her phone before greeting her former castmate at a local hotspot.

Hyland — who recently shared a look into her relationship with Wells Adams — wore a pricey Yves Saint Lauren crossbody bag and shielded her eyes with black shades.

The Love Island host strolled through the parking lot in trendy black leather loafers, giving her outfit a preppy touch.

Hyland looked naturally beautiful with her gorgeous brunette locks worn up in a claw clip and just a hint of makeup on her face.

Ferguson, 47, kept it relatively casual in a navy blue button-up shirt and dark pants while he spent time with the star.

Hyland showed her support for the ongoing WGA strike by sharing several images from the picket line to her Instagram account on Friday.

In her first shot, the actress was joined by Ferguson and their former co-star Nolan Gould at the protest.

She held a sign featuring an image of Modern Family’s Sofia Vergara in character as Gloria Delgado-Pritchett, and a speech balloon containing the line: ‘In my country, it’s considered bad luck when you don’t pay writers!’

She also included a photo with Ferguson, who appeared enthusiastic about supporting the striking members of the WGA.

The castmates later posed for a photo with numerous writers who had previously worked on the hit ABC sitcom.

Hyland expressed her support for protesters, who’ve yet to negotiate a new contract with the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers.

In regards to her sign Hyland wrote that she ‘tried to come up with something funny to write and still got nothin,’ adding that it is ‘a perfect example of an actor being nothing without writers.’

Hyland finished her message by reiterating her devout support for the members of the Writers Guild of America.

‘SO amazing reuniting with our @modernfamily writers and crew to support and be #wgastrong,’ she wrote.
