Sarah Jessica flashed her megawatt smile while modeling a casual look that featured high-waisted faded jeans and a flowing sweatshirt.

Meanwhile Kristin could be seen wearing a zip-up hoodie as she headed up the sidewalk poring over her sides.

Although the show was created by Darren Star – and based on a book by Candace Bushnell – Michael was one of the main writers throughout its run.

He also wrote and directed the two film adaptations which brought Cynthia together with her old co-stars Sarah Jessica Parker, Kristin Davis and Kim Cattrall.

Although Sarah Jessica, Cynthia and Kristin are all part of the revival it is controversially going ahead without the inclusion of Kim.

Kim spent years resisting Sarah Jessica’s clarion call for the foursome to get back together for a third film and has also declined to be part of the new series.

However several other original cast members are returning including David Eigenberg who plays Miranda’s slovenly but warmhearted love interest Steve.

Steve and Miranda have a turbulent on-off relationship that produces a son called Brady and eventually sees them tie the knot.

Before confirming his return to the series David gushed to Us Weekly earlier this year that Cynthia had been ‘a dream to work with.’

Meanwhile Sarah Jessica’s leading character Carrie Bradshaw has her own on-off romance with the charming Mr. Big portrayed by Chris Noth.

Chris has confirmed that he will be part of the revival and so has Evan Handler who plays Harry, the husband of Kristin’s character Charlotte.

In a recent report Page Six claimed to have obtained leaked scripts showing Carrie and Big in the process of a divorce that has become acrimonious over money.

Mario Cantone and Willie Garson are also rejoining the franchise in their respective roles as Anthony and Stanford, the closest gay friends of the main girl group.

Three new cast members – Nicole Ari Parker, Sarita Choudhury and Karen Pittman – were announced earlier this month resulting in online praise for diversity.

After it emerged Kim was not going to be a part of And Just Like That she liked a tweet that read: ‘I absolutely love Sex and the City and whilst I am saddened that Samantha will not return, I applaud doing what is best for you and think this is great example of putting yourself first. Well done @KimCattrall.’

A third movie was said to be in the works in 2017 until tensions between Kim and Warner Bros executives ‘torpedoed’ the project, DailyMail.com exclusively revealed.

Appearing on Life Stories the following month, Kim told MailOnline columnist Piers Morgan that she had turned down the role at the end of 2016.

She stressed that she had ‘never been friends’ with her co-stars and took issue with being branded a ‘diva’ for refusing to star in a third film.

‘This is really where I take to task the people from Sex And The City and specifically Sarah Jessica Parker, is that I think she could have been nicer. I really think she could have been nicer. I don’t know what her issue is,’ she said.
