The series will show how the Ken Kesey character (later adapted into the 1975 film starring Jack Nicholson) became the psychotic demon who gleefully terrorized patients in a mental institution.
Production on Ratched isn’t set to start until mid-2018, when it will shoot 18 episodes to debut on Netflix later that year.
