‘I’m a blokey-bloke … I suffered in silence and didn’t talk about it,’ Sasha confessed.
The former reality TV star was able to overcome his mental health struggle with the help of his friends and mum, with whom he shares a close bond.
In a better place now, Sasha explained he was happy being single and focusing on himself rather than dating.

‘I haven’t even begun the process of looking to date again — I’m just concentrating on family and friends now,’ Sasha said.
‘I think I’ll meet a girl at the pub just like any other normal guy.’
Since their split last year Sam has also opened up about her mental health struggle, revealing the toll their high profile relationship took.
The reality TV sweetheart told the Herald Sun in April that the break up and criticism of her short-lived radio career led to her seeing a psychologist once a week for several months.

Since splitting from Sasha last year Sam has gone on to find love with longtime friend Dave Bashford, confirming their romance in July.
