Savage Garden’s Darren Hayes sends fans wild by stripping down to show off his incredible body transformation

Darren Hayes has sent fans into a frenzy after stripping down to show off his impressive body transformation.

The former Savage Garden singer, 52, took to Instagram on Monday to share his fitness journey with his 95,200 followers.

Darren shared a shirtless pic of himself before and after a year of hard work in the gym.

His ‘after’ photo showed the Australian pop star’s rippling abs and pecs looking much more defined.

In the caption, the pop star shared the exercise regime that got him to this point.

‘I’m 52. Pic on the left is after about a year of boxing, Basecamp and Barry’s boot camp. Pic on right was just after I came back from tour 2 years ago,’ he wrote.

However, the Animal Song hitmaker made sure to let his fans know that the process was not easy at his age.

‘Exercise is HARD as you get older but it keeps me sane,’ he wrote.
