Whilst Scarlett and Lee seemed to be enjoying themselves, the trip was nearly over before it even began as Lee Wilkinson forgot his passport for the Stateside trip the night before they were due to fly.
In a humorous Instagram video, the reality star shamed her boyfriend into admitting that he has made a huge packing error.
‘What have you forgotten?’ she interrogates. ‘Just tell everyone what you’ve forgotten?’
She continues to probe, asking: ‘Begins with a P, ends with T. Passport’ but then laughs off the gaffe ahead of the international flight.
Scarlett was at Universal Studios Florida for filming in January, but was due to return on Tuesday, ahead of the final show of this series, which airs on Saturday.

Ant is currently in rehab for the second time following his arrest and subsequent drink driving charge after his involvement in a three-car collision in Richmond.
Although Ant bowed out of his live presenting duties on the show, he appeared briefly in a pre-recorded comedy sketch, Saturday Knight Takeaway.
However, Dec’s solo attempt at presenting the hit ITV show amassed a staggering 8.6 million viewers.
This was an impressive 700,000 more than the previous episode, which made it the most watched episode of this series.

ITV bosses will no doubt be delighted with the ratings, after they were forced to pull the show last week.
Dec made a playful dig at his absent co-host when he joked he would have to do ‘twice the work’ after Ant’s readmission to rehab.
Following the programme, Dec tweeted: ‘Thanks for all your lovely messages tonight, they are VERY much appreciated, I’m glad you enjoyed the show. I didn’t sleep an awful lot last night so I’m off to bed! Night y’all. D x’
