Schalke striker Embolo was one of the first people to unveil Rahman after his move was confirmed.

The former Augsburg defender cost Chelsea an initial fee of £14million when he joined them in 2015.

He featured in 13 Bundesliga games during his first loan spell with Schalke.

But he has not played for Chelsea since returning to Stamford Bridge.

He spent much of 2017 on the treatment table after suffering an anterior cruciate ligament injury at the Africa Cup of Nations.
