Kris and Khloe meet Scott, who has clearly lost a lot of weight since the fourth season, when he was having issues with his back after a nasty car accident.

Kris adds in confession, ‘Scott looks great and I know that he has really struggled the last year or so,’ as they show flashbacks to last season.

Kris adds she felt that Scott, ‘was not in the best place’ last season, adding it made her, ‘really sad,’ while Khloe marvels at all the healthy stuff in his fridge now.

Scott tries repeatedly to throw a grape into Khloe’s mouth but fails until the very last try, as Scott jokes, ‘I’m not a basketball player,’ referring to Khloe’s relationships with Tristan Thompson and Lamar Odom.

While Scott drew praise for his trim figure on the show – with the premiere filmed in September 2023 – his gaunt look has left loved ones concerned, according to a March 2024 DailyMail.com exclusive report.

A source claims Disick has been using the controversial weight loss drug Ozempic to trim the excess pounds.

‘He is not ill and isn’t doing hardcore drugs,’ an insider said. ‘Kourtney would never allow Scott to spend so much time with their kids if he was in the throes of an addiction.’

‘Scott started taking Ozempic because he had serious issues with his weight gain. This time last year he saw himself as fat,’ the source said.

‘He had gained a lot of weight and couldn’t stand seeing himself in video footage that aired in the past couple of months. He would go to great lengths to cover it up.’

The insider claimed the star, like many in Hollywood, wanted to use the wonder drug as a quick way to get rid of the extra pounds he had gained.

‘Scott wanted the easy way out of his dad bod,’ they said. ‘But now it has clearly gone too far and, of course, the family is worried about him.’

The source added: ‘They will likely use this for show ratings in The Kardashians. Scott is strong and will be able to get through this – especially now that he knows that it has become a huge problem with his image and fame.’

A medical expert also told DailyMail.com in March that Disick’s gaunt look including hollow eyes and sunken cheeks are side effects of the drug, collectively known as ‘Ozempic face.’

Dr Gary Motykie, a plastic surgeon from California, told DailyMail.com ‘Typically, medications like Ozempic don’t exhibit such aggressive effects.’

‘However, if Scott is using semaglutide, it might be in an overly aggressive manner, which could exacerbate the issue. The most noticeable change in his appearance is his hollow, dark under-eye area.’

Dr Jeffrey Spiegel, a plastic surgeon from Massachusetts, agreed, but pointed out mental health problems, substance abuse and eating disorders could also play a role.

Regardless of the cause, he told this website: ‘The concern lies in the potential for malnutrition, which is never a positive sign.
