Scout Willis gets the support of longtime beau Jake Miller as they take her rescue dog for a walk in LA… following news of her dad Bruce’s dementia diagnosis

Scout Willis looked smitten with her longtime boyfriend Jake Miller while out on a casual walk with her beloved rescue dog, Grandma, in Los Angeles on Wednesday.

The 31-year-old singer and her beau strolled the sidewalk hand-in-hand, with their four-legged family member keeping close to her momma.

At one point, Scout turned to her right and she shared a virtual kiss with her partner by puckering up her lips.

Jake then wrapped an arm around Scout, who sweetly rested her head against his chest.

Scout kept it casual in the fashion department by wearing brown draw string pants, which resembled sweatpants, with a baggy blue sweatshirt and black boots.

The middle child of Bruce and Demi’s three daughters wore her dark brown hair down and appeared makeup-free.

In keeping with their relaxed afternoon, Miller kept it comfy in black shorts with gray stripes, a white T-shirt and black sneakers.

The musician also sported a scruffy beard and mustache to go along with his short dark hair.

Scout has been dating Jake, who is a musician, for over four years and they are often photographed spending time with one another in LA.

The heartbreaking news that her father Bruce’s aphasia, a neurological disorder, has progressed to a diagnosis of frontotemporal dementia (FTD) was revealed just six days ago.

FTD affects the lobes of the brain behind the forehead, which deal with behavior, problem-solving, planning and emotions – with symptoms including personality changes, obsessive behavior and speaking difficulties.

In the statement, attributed to Bruce’s wife Emma Heming, ex-wife Demi, and his five daughters, the family shared on their respective social media platforms.

‘Our family wanted to start by expressing our deepest gratitude for the incredible outpouring of love, support and wonderful stories we have all received since sharing Bruce’s original diagnosis,’ the statement began.

Heartbreaking: The couple's dog walk came six days after her blended family revealed her father, Bruce Willis, has been diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia (FTD), which was less than one year after he retired from acting due to diagnosis of the brain disorder, aphasia

It would go on to reveal that they now have ‘a deeper understanding of what he is experiencing.’

While the news of his dementia diagnosis is ‘painful’ there is some sort of sense of ‘relief to finally have a clear diagnosis,’ the family said.

Along with Scout, the nearly 13-year marriage between Willis and Moore, also resulted in two other daughters: Rumer, 34, who is currently pregnant with her first child, and Tallulah, 29.

The Die Hard action hero also has two younger daughters: Mabel, 10, and Evelyn, eight, with his second wife, Emma, whom he married back in March 2009.
