WHAT TO TRY:
Get into a push-up position, hands just beneath your shoulders. Ensure your body is straight from head to feet, your feet shoulder-width apart.
Engage your core muscles and bend your arms to lower your chest to the floor.
As you press back up, lift your right hand up to tap your left shoulder. Then tap your left hand to your right shoulder.
With both hands back on the floor, bend your elbows and repeat the move ten times. Aim to do three sets.
