Selena Gomez has denied a bizarre internet rumor that she was having an affair with President John F. Kennedy’s grandson John Kennedy Schlossberg.
When an Instagram fan account for the Wizards of Waverly Place alum, 31, reposted the rumor, the star, who is dating Benny Blanco, shut it down.
The original post said: ‘According to a few tabloids @SelenaGomez and John Kennedy Schlossberg had an affair from 2020 to 2021.’
It continued: ‘The grandson of the US President John Kennedy promised her the White House and she fell for it.’
The Only Murders in the Building star commented on that post: ‘Never met this human sorry.’

Selena is back at work shooting season three of her popular Hulu show Only Murders in the Building.
She was spotted in New York City in character as Mabel on the set on Friday.
The Lose You to Love Me singer wore a goldenrod yellow top with beige and gold plaid, cropped pants, brown boots and a black jacket with white shearling collar and cuffs.
Selena wore white headphones over her head and her hair was slighly frizzy and curly for the scene she was shooting.

Selena has formed close friendships with her Only Murders in the Building co-stars Steve Martin and Martin Short.
Late last month, she supported Martin at the premiere of the new documentary about his life called Steve! (Martin): A Documentary in 2 Pieces.
She glowed on the red carpet as she wrapped her arms around comedy icon Martin, who takes a look back at his incredible Hollywood career in Apple TV+’s two-part documentary.
The endearing duo couldn’t contain their laughter, doubling over with glee.
