Fresh off her Golden Globes appearance with fiancé Benny Blanco, the 32-year-old singer and actress made a stop by Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Monday, where the host couldn’t resist celebrating the couple’s recent engagement.
Kimmel teased, ‘It’s not a traditional gift and it’s not necessarily a practical gift, but I think you and Benny are really going to enjoy it.’
And then he unveiled the gift: a ‘Daddy Saddle’—a vintage toy meant for a child to strap onto their father’s back and ride like a cowboy.
‘You can ride around on Benny in a very wholesome way,’ Kimmel quipped.
Gomez, her face turning a shade of crimson, instantly buried it in her hands as she tried to recover from the awkward surprise.

Selena and Benny, who have been romantically linked since June 2023, announced their engagement in December, though their wedding date remains a mystery.
Meanwhile, at the Golden Globes, Selena’s engagement ring from Benny sparked a lighthearted moment with Martin Short that had the audience chuckling.
A video shared by E! News on X shows Martin Short, 74, having some fun by pretending to pull the gorgeous marquise ring off Selena’s finger after she casually offered her hand.
Selena was at the Golden Globes for her two nominations—one for Emilia Perez on Netflix and another for Only Murders in the Building on Hulu.
However, fans were not impressed on Sunday evening when they spotted Benny’s ‘nasty’ habit.
