Lilith, who has more than 22,000 followers, has posted a series of videos to reveal the past tricks that she used to employ but insists that she has since reformed.
In one of her most recent videos, which has so far been viewed more than 560,000 times, she responds to one of her followers who asks her about the worst thing she has ever done to another person.
She starts: ‘This is going to be gross, and it’s embarrassing. I know that it doesn’t matter that it’s embarrassing to me, what matters is that it’s wrong.
‘So I’m prefacing this with: This is wrong and you shouldn’t do this to people and if you find yourself relating to what I say then maybe you should get some help.’
Lilith admits that she has always viewed relationships as ‘mental chess.’
‘Everything that I said or did was planned and thought out to get reactions and to get people to do certain things so I pushed people to really bad places,’ she said.
The social media user said she would leave people ‘distraught’ and ‘traumatized,’ adding: ‘I would pull them into their trauma and triggers.’
She continued: ‘I would slowly dose them with their triggers and their traumas to put them into fight or flight mode so then I could have more control over them.’

Giving an extreme anecdote about her behavior, Lilith revealed that one man had sent her $150,000 during the coronavirus pandemic despite her treating him appallingly.
She said: ‘I was telling him to kill himself, and was being really mean and making him cry all the time, and I would lie to him and then I would give him doses of what he wanted.
‘But I was mostly just really abusive. I was like, “You’re just such a piece of s**t and nobody cares about you.”
‘I just wanted to keep him so I could keep using him and I think that the complete disregard is the worst thing that I’ve done.’
She candidly concluded: ‘I must admit that there was one point in my life where I thought that this was cool.
‘I thought that manipulating people and having the ability to implant thoughts into people’s brains by suggestive thought was cool and I liked doing it. Now I feel disgusted and I don’t think that it’s right.’
Reflecting on the episode, Lilith later revealed that she had ‘offered to pay back a portion of the money and he refused’
In one camp, there were those that praised Lilith for her ‘bravery’ in acknowledging her past behavior
But commenters were left bitterly divided.
In one camp, there were those that praised Lilith for her ‘bravery’ in acknowledging her past behavior.
One user wrote: ‘The fact that you admitted this behavior is HUGE compared to a bunch of people that would deny it their entire lives.’
Another added: ‘Listen, this is HEAVY to admit. I don’t relate, but I can tell you, thank you so much for sharing and being vulnerable. I’m so glad you’re working on it.’
And a third commented: ‘It takes such strength and maturity to admit that. I don’t know you but I’m proud of your growth. Thanks for sharing!’
But others said it was ‘unforgiveable.’
Someone commented: ‘Oh hell no… Doesn’t matter how “embarrassed” she is of her actions, this is unforgivable behavior. The worst kind of person.’
Another said: ‘I am absolutely DISGUSTED hearing this.’
One user simply questioned: ‘How are people like this.’
Lilith later revealed that she had ‘offered to pay back a portion of the money and he refused.’
But others could not look past Lilith’s past treatment of others and instead branded it as ‘unforgiveable’
In other videos, she revealed that the best way to hurt a narcissist is to ‘take your power back.’
She said: ‘It’s the power that is really painful to be taken away because we don’t have power in ourselves and we use other people to make us feel powerful and if you give us power and then take it away that’s what leaves us shook and in pain.’
All people have narcissistic traits to some degree, but it is estimated that around one in 200 people in the United States has narcissistic personality disorder, described as ‘a pervasive pattern of grandiosity, need for admiration, and lack of empathy.’
It is also important to note that there are significant gender differences when it comes to the prevalence of the condition.
Studies suggest that about 75 percent of diagnoses are among men, according to recent figures.
