How a vile sex predator forced girls as young as 12 to ‘drink their own urine’ and perform sickening sex acts including bestiality – as he learns his fate

A pedophile who posed as a teenager online and forced three 12-year-old girls to commit horrific sex acts has been sentenced to 10 years in jail.
Randall Scott Waters, 52, pleaded guilty to multiple offences including possessing child exploitation material and inciting an indecent act by a child on Thursday.
The Hackham West man had posed as a 16-year-old South Australian boy when he sent a young girl a message on Instagram, before pursuing a sexual relationship with her in 2016.
Over the course of a year, the victim and her two 12-year-old friends were forced to perform graphic sexual acts on themselves and each other including bestiality with their pets, eating their own faeces and drinking their own urine.

Mr Waters also sent child exploitation material to one of the victims to show her what acts he wanted her to perform and made her post him her underwear.
The three girls were blackmailed by Mr Waters, who threatened the explicit images and videos would be sent to their families or posted online if they did not comply with his demands.
Police found 1970 files of child exploitation material on the predator’s phones when he was arrested.
District Court Judge Emily Telfer said the offending was ‘cruel, manipulative and exploitative’, The Advertiser reported.
‘You and people like you are the reason that parents cannot allow their children to independently explore the internet and the world of social media,’ she told the court.

‘You represented yourself to be a 16-year-old boy living in South Australia’.
‘The truth is you were at the time a man in your mid-40s living in a granny flat at the back of your parent’s house with convictions for sexual offending against a child.’
Mr Waters had previously been sentenced for sexually abusing a child and making a video of it in 2012, and served three years jail time.
He successfully completed a sexual offenders treatment program and was assessed as ‘low risk’ after being released.
The court heard Waters became a ‘social recluse’ and his chronic loneliness and inability to find work led to his vile online offending.
Judge Telfer sentenced Waters to 10 years and seven months jail, with a non-parole period of eight years and five months.
