Sex worker who helped a man with a bionic penis lose his virginity

A sex worker who slept with a man with a bionic penis left Phillip Schofield wide-eyed with shock when she recalled their X-rated encounter on This Morning.

Charlotte Rose took the virginity of Mohammed Abad, of Edinburgh, who was fitted with a bionic penis after losing his own in a childhood accident.

The pair, who had sex in 2016, appeared on This Morning today to discuss the two-hour long encounter, which Miss Rose described as ‘great’ and ‘fantastic’.

Her saucy description of seeing Mr Abad’s penis for the first time shocked presenter Phillip, 56, while co-hose Holly Willoughby, 37, struggled to keep a straight face.

Viewers praised Miss Rose and Mr Abad for their ‘honest’ discussion of their sexual encounter, while others questioned whether the explicit segment was suitable for morning TV.

Mr Abad, now in his 40s, lost his penis aged six when he was pushed into the street during a snowball fight and hit by a car that dragged him 600 yards.

His penis was ripped off and one testicle was destroyed and doctors feared he would die within hours.

While they managed to save his life, there was nothing that could be done to salvage his detached penis. The schoolboy was fitted with a 3cm-long tube to allow him to urinate but did not have a penis that would allow him to have sex.

How does the bionic penis work?

Mohammed Abad was fitted with an artificial penis in 2012.

The penis shaft is made up of two cylinders which are wrapped in a ‘tube’ of skin made from flesh taken from the forearm.

The tubes are connected to a reservoir filled with resin which is placed in the abdomen. The resin from this is what allows Mr Abad to maintain an erection.

This is in turn attached to a pump which was placed in the scrotum and is operated using two ‘on’ and ‘off’ buttons. The first button fills the penis with resin – inflating it – and a second emptying the penis, deflating it.

The penis itself was attached in an 11-hour operation by doctors from University College London. In total it took three years to mould and attach.

Along with giving Mr Abad a sex life it has also allowed him to pass urine standing up for the first time.

This changed in 2012 when he was given the bionic penis, which was constructed using skin from his forearm rolled up like a ‘sausage roll’.

It is connected via two rubber tubes to a reservoir of resin and is inflated and deflated using a pump in the scrotum that is operated with two buttons.

Tendons in the arm skin means he has sensation in the artificial member although he does not orgasm in the same way.

In 2016 Mr Abad contacted Miss Rose, who specialises in disabled clients and agreed to wave her usual fee to help.

The pair met for a dinner date and then got to know each other better over a few days and stayed in a central London hotel.

Mr Abad said on This Morning how he was nervous and on the first attempt, his penis malfunctioned with one side of the pump failing to properly inflate.

But Miss Rose recalled being impressed with what she saw.

‘When I first saw it I went “oh”, and he went “oh?” and I went “oh”,’ she said on air. ‘It’s incredible.’

When asked what their encounter was like, she added cheekily: ‘Well Phillip, it was great. It was amazing.’
