Former All My Children actor Shane McDermott has been arrested for public intoxication after allegedly demanding police apprehend him.
The arrest occurred in Galveston, Texas on Sunday morning after McDermott, 41, reportedly got into a verbal altercation inside of a bar, according to TMZ.
Police are said to have noticed McDermott after he allegedly bolted from the bar and began running in the middle of the street at 2AM.

Cops reportedly asked McDermott where he was going, and when he said he was headed home, police told him he was actually going the wrong way.
After police reportedly told McDermott he needed to either get a ride home or be arrested, the actor is said to have told cops, ‘Arrest me now!’
McDermott was then arrested for public intoxication and slapped with a $241 fine.
