On Thursday Shanina revealed the secrets behind her enviable figure to Who magazine.
‘I genuinely like exercising and I find if you train with a friend or meet someone at the gym it keeps you motivated and accountable,’ the brunette told the publication.
‘I like to mix it up as well – Pilates, yoga, gym sessions and a steam. I rarely do weights as I find it bulks me up too much.’
When it comes to diet, the exotic beauty revealed she tries to be ‘consistent’: ‘I love sweets, but I can’t eat them all the time. I’m pescetarian but I try to eat vegetarian as much as possible.’
