Shannen Doherty picked up some Thanksgiving Day groceries with her mother Rosa on Thursday.
The 52-year-old star, who is battling stage four brain cancer, was spotted returning to her car with a shopping bag on her arm.
She donned an olive green baseball cap, aviator style sunglasses, and a comfortable black sweatshirt and matching bottoms.
The duo appeared to be loading up their car with purchases as Shannen fussed over several reusable bags.
Her mother appeared to be the one handling cart duties as she watched her daughter unpack.

Rosa wore a soft grey sweater, T-shirt, and blue sweatpants. She slipped her feet into cosy white sneakers.
Rosa makes the occasional appearance on her daughter’s Instagram account, and most recently made the grid on Mother’s Day.
The sweet photo captured the mother-daughter duo posing for a selfie.
‘Happy Mother’s Day to this amazing, strong, loving mom. I love you so much @themamarosa see you soon mom!’ Shannen captioned the post.
The Heathers star in June shared that her stage four breast cancer had spread to her brain.
Shannen revealed the diagnosis on Instagram and uploaded a video clip that showed her speaking with a medical professional before going into surgery to have a tumor removed from her head.
She was first diagnosed with breast cancer in March 2015 that spread to her lymph nodes.
Shannen after undergoing a unilateral mastectomy and radiotherapy and chemotherapy announced in April 2017 that her cancer was in remission.

The actress then revealed in February 2020 that her cancer had returned and she was in stage four, before announcing June that it had spread to her brain and is terminal.
Shannen in April filed for divorce from her husband, Kurt Iswarienko, 49, after 11 years of marriage.
The official divorce paperwork obtained by TMZ revealed that the pair had been separated since January.

Shannen and Iswarienko exchanged vows and tied the knot in Malibu in October 2011.
Previously, she was married to actor Ashley Hamilton from 1993 to 1994, and her second marriage was with poker player Rick Salomon from 2002 to 2003.
Shannen portrayed Brenda Walsh in the TV series Beverly Hills, 90210 from 1990 to 1994 and reprised the role for 90210 in 2008 and again in BH90210 in 2019.
She also is known for her portrayal of Prue Halliwell in the fantasy drama TV series Charmed.
