In a shirtless image shared to the social media platform, Nollsy, 48, is all smiles as he proudly flexes his well honed physique, with his Bonds undies showing.
The Australian Idol star captioned the image his fitness journey some reflective words.

‘Starting to cut a bit before the large amount of food I’m going to eat over Christmas!’ he continued, before announcing he’s joined StarKix.
