Shemar Moore had an emotional family day as he and his girlfriend Jesiree Dizon took their newborn daughter Frankie to the grave of his beloved mother Marilyn.

The 52-year-old actor – best known for shows such as S.W.A.T., Criminal Minds and The Young and the Restless – took to Instagram Thursday to honor his late mom, who died in February 2020 at the age of 76.

He posted a picture from the cemetery, as he cradled the baby with his other arm around Dizon while holding a glass of wine.

Moore captioned the shot: ‘Shemar, Jesiree, Frankie, and the spirit of Grandma Marilyn….. Mom’s dream was for me to become a father and give momma some grand babies… it took me a minute, but momma’s dream is now reality!!

‘I accomplished much and experienced the good, the Great, the light, and the dark… but this I couldnt do on my own… Jesiree Dizon, we came back into each others lives and found love again and created a magical lil human together… I’ll call her ‘My little miracle’….. FRANKIE MOORE.’
