Shirley MacLaine added a bit of zip to her lunch in Malibu on Friday.

The Oscar winner, 90, who was spotted on a similar outing recently, seemed to be enjoying a Bloody Mary when she stopped at Kristy’s Cafe.

The Only Murders In The Building actress looked warm and relaxed in a large seafoam green hoodie over a blue T-shirt and navy pants in the chilly morning temperatures.

The Steel Magnolias star stepped out in blue sneakers and wore a visor on her head to protect from the morning glare.

Her white hair was styled short and in loose layers, and the Downton Abbey actress appeared to be makeup free behind her dark framed glasses.

The Guarding Tess star was seen holding the arm of an assistant and carrying a black purse as she walked across the lawn toward her car.

The veteran star of stage and screen recently completed work on an upcoming project. 

She recently completed work on People Not Places, starring as a woman in her twilight years who befriends a homeless man while trying to mend her relationship with her son. 

The cast includes Stephen Dorff and Academy Award winner Mercedes Ruehl, and portions of it were shot around New Jersey in June.

No release date has been set for the drama which was listed as being in post-production on IMDB.com.

MacLaine’s first film role was in 1955’s The Trouble with Harry, directed by the legendary Alfred Hitchcock. 

She received her first Oscar nomination four years later for her work in the romantic drama Some Came Running with Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin.

She went on to receive four other Academy Award nominations for her acting until winning the Best Actress award for her turn in the family drama Terms of Endearment with Debra Winger and Jack Nicholson.

Reflecting back on her six decade career, the journeyman actress told Extra Hollywood has changed since she was first introduced to the limelight.

‘The glamour’s gone out of it, I’m afraid. I think it’s entirely different,’ she said. ‘It’s 100% different.’

Regarding the lack of privacy that often comes with celebrity, the My Lucky Stars author, who has spoken openly about her belief in reincarnation, seemed to think it’s a part of life. 

‘It’s all right. I’m kind of open anyway and I don’t have much to hide.’
