Jude Bellingham has been spotted on a beach in Mykonos ahead of his anticipated £113million move to Real Madrid this summer.

Bellingham is set to join Los Blancos on a big-money move from Borussia Dortmund, after the Spanish giants won the race for his signature.

They fended off interest from a host of Europe’s biggest and most prestigious clubs, notably Manchester City, with Liverpool ruling themselves out of the contest for financial reasons.

And the midfielder has been enjoying his well-earned time off from football, relaxing in the Mykonos sun.

He was pictured lounging on a sun bed at SantAnna Beach Club, where he was hanging out with a number of friends, and was getting plenty of attention as two women in bikinis joined him at his spot.

The trendy beach club is a regular haunt for celebrities, with a number of footballers previously having stayed there on their holidays to the Greek island.

Harry Maguire famously visited the establishment in 2020, with Luke Shaw, Mason Mount, Declan Rice and Jack Grealish all making the trip the following year

Bellingham had been called up to Gareth Southgate’s England squad for their upcoming Euro 2024 qualifiers.

However the 19-year-old was forced to withdraw from playing duties with the Three Lions, but will still join up with his international team-mates as he steps up his recovery.

Bellingham was ruled out of Dortmund’s final game of the Bundesliga season as a result of a persistent knee issue.

The deal taking him to the Spanish capital includes and initial £88.5m fee – but will rise towards £113.5m as a result of £25m worth of performance-related add-ons – which are believed to be achievable.

Personal terms need to be formally agreed – but that will be a formality. He still has to undergo a medical, bearing in mind his knee troubles in recent weeks, but if he passes that Madrid will be in a position to confirm the teenager’s arrival.

Bellingham’s move to Spain has been an open secret for a number of weeks, but they were respectful of the Bundesliga title race before negotiating a fee.

Mail Sport revealed back in May that Madrid were closing in on a big-money deal for the England star after he was reported to have accepted the details of their offer.

At one stage late last year, City were confident they were in pole position in the battle, having discussed the prospect with Dortmund.

They had been buoyed by a positive relationship with the German side, having signed Manuel Akanji and Erling Haaland from them last year, but ultimately lost out to Real Madrid.

Mail Sport understands that Bellingham had concerns over how long Pep Guardiola will be at the club, with reports on Monday suggesting the Catalan coach could leave the Etihad in 2025 after his contract expires.
