A shocking video shows the moment a Delaware trooper pulled a gun on a man during a traffic stop last week.

In the clip, Mack Buckley is seen sitting in his car waiting on the officer to come over to his vehicle. 

‘Out of the car,’ the officer orders Buckley, who tells the officer that he’s not getting out.

‘No, no, no. You cannot, you cannot pull me out of this…’ Buckley tells the officer just seconds before the trooper pulled out his weapon. 

The officer is heard telling Buckley that ‘I’m not f**king with you,’ as he points the gun at him. 

‘Why are you pulling the gun on me?’ Buckley yells at the officer before throwing his phone into his seat and putting his hands in the air. 

During the incident, Buckley repeatedly asks the officer why he pulled the gun on him as the trooper continues to tell him to unbuckle his seat belt and get out the car. 

‘Stop reaching for sh*t,’ the officer tells Buckley, who attempted to grab his phone. 

The chaotic scene continued to unfold with the officer and Buckley yelling at one another as Buckley questioned the need for the gun.

It’s unclear why Buckley was stopped and authorities said they are investigating the incident. 

Delaware State Police said ‘the video is currently under review’.

No further information was available and authorities did not release the identity of the officer. 

The incident occurred in Slaughter Neck near Milford, Delaware.
