Doing up his trousers after emerging from the bushes, this 71-year-old man was caught on camera after allegedly sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl.
Video shows the alleged deviant near some undergrowth in a Hull park at 4pm yesterday.
The man filming claimed a girl had just run away after emerging with the pensioner who had a walking stick and a bike.
The filmer then said he would report the pensioner to the police for his alleged crimes.
Police have since confirmed that a 71-year-old man has been arrested in relation to the incident and extra patrols have been launched in the area.
A spokesperson for Humberside Police said: We are investigating allegations of a sexual assault of a 12 year-old girl in a park on Dorchester Road in Bransholme at 4pm yesterday.
‘A 71 year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident.
‘We have increased the police presence in the local area and would ask that if anyone has any concerns or information that would help us with our enquiries please speak to one of our officers on the street.
Anyone with information about the incident should talk to an officer or call police on 101 quoting log number 334 of September 11.’
