Shoe designer Patrick Cox has sold his sprawling west London home for £2.75million.
The two-bedroom Victorian villa, in the affluent Little Venice area, boasts marble floors, a ‘disco loo’ and a large garden with plenty of space for dining al fresco.
Perhaps unsurprisingly man who has made his fortune in footwear, the property also boasts an enormous walk-in ‘shoe den’ with enough room to store 400 pairs.
Despite the impact of stamp duty hikes and uncertainty surrounding Brexit, which has seen demand – and prices – falling at the upper end of London’s housing market, the property achieved close to Patrick’s asking price of £2.8million.

The sale of the property will allow Patrick to move to Ibiza with his two beloved British bulldogs, Caesar and Brutus.
It will bring to an end a 34-year stint in London – including 15 in his plush Little Venice pad – for the designer, whose high-profile friends include Elton John and David Furnish, and Elizabeth Hurley.
Having spent 18 months turning the Victorian villa into a dazzling contemporary home after moving in, Patrick has said he plans to take on a new, Grand Designs-style project on the White Isle.
Speaking on the sale, Patrick said: ‘For 15 years the villa in Little Venice has been home for myself and the dogs.
‘It’s close to Regent’s Park, which is ideal for walking the dogs and the house has totally bespoke interiors and represented a very special purchase for the discerning buyer.
‘I will really miss the house and Little Venice, but I am looking forward to taking on another “Grand Designs” style project in Ibiza.’
After buying the villa in 2002, Patrick spent 18 months renovating before moving in the following year.
At that time, it was a four-bedroom, property, but the 54-year-old decided to scale it down to a two-bed and give each room more space.
On the lower ground floor he installed a designer kitchen, dining area and a media room/entertaining space.
The only remaining feature is the period staircase, which forms a focal point of the home.
The property, which is within a short walk of Maida Vale Underground station, was sold through estate agent Aston Chase.
