- Two men shot on Friday afternoon
Two men have been shot by police at an apartment block in Sydney’s west.
It’s understood the pair have been rushed to Westmead Hospital after shots were fired in Lane Street, in Wentworthville on Friday afternoon, following an incident with NSW Police officers.
One man reportedly suffered injuries to his head while the other has sustained leg injuries.
Emergency services including multiple police cars, six ambulances and a helicopter were called to the scene.
