A mum has shared her ‘epic fail’ after attempting to carry out a Woolworths Click and Collect order.

Melbourne mum Roanna posted a now-viral video on TikTok showing she received a single granny smith apple, pink lady apple and beetroot instead of a kilogram of each of the fresh produce.

‘This one made me laugh!’ she captioned the video.

‘So I’ve just picked up my Woolworths click and collect for the week and I thought I’d just run you through a little bit of what I ordered versus what I got,’ Roanna said in the video, acknowledging it was an innocent oversight.

‘And mind you, these aren’t even substitutions, these are just literally what I got for what I ordered.

‘First up I ordered one kilo of pre-pack granny smith apples and they’re $4.50 and it says what’s supplied.. um I got one granny smith apple.’

Daily Mail Australia has contacted Woolworths for comment.

In the comments a Woolworths employee said the same error happens ‘all the time’ when new staff members mistaken 1kg packets for a single fruit or vegetable.

‘Yeah I do this for a job and lots of new people don’t realise they ordered 1kg and not just one apple! It happens all the time!’ she wrote.

The video of the hilarious fail has since been watched more than 32,000 times and other TikTok users said they too have received incorrect numbers of different products.

‘I ordered six cucumbers once and got 16,’ one person wrote.

‘After the fifth time of this happening to me I complained, the store manager apologised and it hasn’t happened since,’ another added.
